The practice
Tangerine was founded in 2016 by Vikas Sarna after a decade working across studios in Delhi. The name comes from a simple idea: that warmth and precision are not opposites. The best homes have both.
We are a small, deliberately sized practice. We take on fewer projects than we could, because we believe that attention is the most valuable thing an architect can offer. Every project gets the same unhurried consideration — from the first site visit to the final snag.
Restraint
We add only what is necessary. Every element earns its place.
Honesty
Materials are what they are. Structure is expressed, not hidden.

Good design takes time. We don't rush, and we don't let clients rush us.

Founder & Principal Architect
Vikas Sarna
Vikas studied Architecture at Vastu Kala Academy, affiliated with GGSIP University, Delhi, and later completed a Master's degree in Real Estate Management. Prior to founding Tangerine Architects, he worked on several large-scale institutional, healthcare, and transportation projects and campuses. With over 20 years of professional experience, he brings extensive expertise in the planning, design, and delivery of complex architectural developments.
